About OH Studio

Hello! I’m Olivia (surname Hodder - hence OH Studio!) I have worked as a Set Designer and Art Director in the television industry for the past 15 years. I’ve worked hard and loved all the amazing experiences I’ve had in TV but had started feeling like I needed something more grounding in the last few years. So I’ve fulfilled a long term dream of having my own shop and creative space, in the heart of beautiful Rye. 

I live locally and have always felt Rye has such an eclectic and artistic feel, lending itself perfectly to creative people and anyone who admires lovely things. OH Studio hosts creative workshops upstairs above the shop, with space for up to 10 people seated. No experience is needed or expected, I want the space to feel welcoming to everyone, alone or with friends, somewhere to come and be, switch off from the world, have a drink, some nibbles and create! 

I’m keen to share the space with local makers and if you have any ideas of workshops you’d like to host here, get in touch!
